Description
To ensure production and delivery runs smoothly by scheduling stock, planning production and communication between internal departments
Key Responsibilities
* Keeping track of inventory, placing orders and coordinating with suppliers
* Completing cycle counts inline with Company procedures
* Planning and scheduling production both Tapered and Single Ply
* Processing orders
* Liaising with production regarding labour resources in line with customer demand
* Collecting and providing production figures
* Working closely with Warehouse & Operations to aid on time deliveries
* Maintaining a rolling production plan
* Inputting daily product onto JDE
* Ensuring materials are ordered within supplier lead times to meet production requirements
* Dealing with invoice queries
* Oversee the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
* Communication and liaising between internal departments
