As a Senior Architect at their London studio, you will engage in diverse and creative cultural projects across all RIBA stages, working collaboratively with a broad consultant team. We are looking for individuals with excellent technical and project-running skills, and a genuine enthusiasm for high-quality, historically sensitive work.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate on major cultural projects across all RIBA stages, particularly Stages 2–6.
Successfully lead and manage a small team.
Take day-to-day ownership of project delivery, balancing design quality, client satisfaction and commercial performance.
Champion technical excellence across your team, running reviews and supporting others as they develop their skills.
Help build a culture of shared learning, contributing ideas and expertise across the wider studio.
Senior Architect Requirements:
ARB and RIBA/RICS registration essential
AABC, IHBC or RIBA CA/SCA desirable.
3–7 years post-qualification experience.
Proven experience working across all RIBA Stages, especially Stages 2–6.
Conservation experience desirable, with a strong enthusiasm for historic buildings and experience working on existing buildings.
Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and NBS software.
Strong technical design and detailing skills, with the ability to take a strategic overview of complex design problems.
Confident communicator, able to present at all levels, internally and externally.
A strong understanding of UK Building and Planning Regulations.
Personable, well organised and proactive, with a genuine team spirit.
