Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off – Days & Nights
⏰ Hours: 06:45–18:45 & 18:45–06:45
Pay: £14.06 per hour, increasing to £16.71 per hour once permanent

We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Bridgwater.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business offering full training, career progression and the opportunity to develop into a skilled Machine Operator.
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
What You'll Be Doing
Operating production equipment safely and efficiently
Learning to operate specialist production machinery
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
Packing, wrapping and preparing finished products
Assisting with machine changeovers and general production duties
Working as part of a team to achieve daily production targets
Following company procedures and Health & Safety requirements
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
What We're Looking For
Previous production or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
Able to work 12-hour day and night shifts on a rotating 4-on, 4-off pattern
What's On Offer
£14.06 per hour initially
£16.71 per hour once permanent
Overtime paid at 1.5x
