Are you an experienced Legal Secretary who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you have a passion for Property and take pride in keeping transactions moving smoothly?

We’re looking for an experienced Property Secretary, working across both Commercial and Residential Property transactions.
You’ll work closely with fee-earners, playing a key role in delivering an efficient, accurate and professional service to clients. From keeping files organised and monitoring deadlines to liaising with clients, estate agents and other third parties, you’ll be an essential part of the team. This is an office based role working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm.

We’re looking for someone with:
✔️ Previous Legal Secretary experience, ideally within a Property Department
✔️ Good knowledge of Property transactions
✔️ Excellent organisation and attention to detail
✔️ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔️ The ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
✔️ Excellent IT skills
✔️ A professional, friendly and approachable manner
✔️ A genuine commitment to outstanding client service
