Complete Classroom Services are currently recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in West Ealing, supporting pupils aged 4–11 with complex moderate to severe learning difficulties, including ASD and communication needs.
About the Role
* Supporting pupils with ASD and complex communication needs
* Providing 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with learning, communication and daily routines
* Using Makaton and PECS to support communication
* Creating a structured, nurturing and inclusive environment
* Working closely with teachers and the wider SEND team
We’re Looking For:
* Experience supporting children with SEND is preferred
* Confidence supporting pupils with communication needs
* Patient, caring and proactive approach
* DBS on the Update Service
* Available full-time and able to start ASAP
