Supplying niche enterprise tech talent across international markets, they act as a key recruitment partner to leading global consultancies and enterprise organisations.
They are currently expanding their high-growth Enterprise Applications division (focusing on SAP and ERP solutions) and are seeking a driven Recruitment Consultant / Account Manager to lead client business development and account expansion across the UK and Europe.
The Opportunity
This role focuses on driving client acquisition and developing existing tier-1 relationships in a booming, candidate-led sector with strong margin potential.

Client Development & BD: Proactively map target markets, build relationships with key hiring managers, and secure new contract/perm requirements across the UK and Europe.

Account Management: Leverage established corporate partnerships to cross-sell and expand market share within major enterprise accounts.

Candidate Sourcing: Partner with dedicated delivery resource to qualify and place niche contract and permanent specialists.

Earning Potential: Competitive basic salary (£27k–£40k DOE) paired with an uncapped commission structure.
Candidate Requirements
*
1 to 3 years of recruitment agency experience (tech/ERP/niche contract or perm background preferred).
*
Proven track record or strong aptitude for client business development, pitch preparation, and account growth.

Articulate, polished, and confident when engaging with senior corporate stakeholders.

Self-motivated individual who thrives in an autonomous, non-micromanaged environment.
