Prime Talent football Academy, based in the UAE (Dubai) , is dedicated to developing youth between the ages of 3-18 years old. We aim to offer our players the best football training experience from an early age in a friendly environment.
Role Description
We are a growing youth football academy in Dubai, working with players aged 3–14 and we're looking for an experienced and passionate London/UK-based youth football coach who would be interested in relocating to Dubai.
The academy director will be travelling to London to meet shortlisted candidates personally and, where possible, watch them coach in their current environment before making a decision.

Qualifications
- Football Coaching, Coaching, and Football skills
- Effective Communication skills
- Professional Training experience in football
- Ability to mentor and motivate young athletes
- Strong organizational and management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field is a plus
- Previous
- Fa level 2/ UEFA C
- First Aid Certificate
- Safegaurding children in Football
- Minimum 3 years experience in coaching grassroots football
