Across the year, this means you'll spend significantly more time enjoying life outside of work compared to traditional Monday-Friday roles. Whether it's spending time with family, pursuing hobbies, or simply enjoying more downtime, this role gives you the flexibility to make the most of your free time.
ā The Role
As an End of Line Packing Operative, you'll be responsible for preparing finished products for dispatch, ensuring customers receive high-quality products on time. Working as part of a friendly and supportive team, you'll play an important role in the final stage of the production process.
š§ Key Responsibilities
Packing finished products ready for distribution and dispatch.
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
Labelling and preparing goods for shipment.
Ensuring products are packed safely and accurately.
Maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment.
Following food safety and health & safety procedures at all times.
Working efficiently as part of a team to meet production targets.
Supporting general packing and production duties as required.
