This company specialises in Service, Maintenance, and Minor Works within the Facilities Management sector, covering Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Gas, and HVAC across a range of buildings, including office spaces and student accommodations.
Due to an engineer retiring and continued contract growth, they are now looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and repairs across commercial sites in the Midlands.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on Commercial/Industrial boilers.
Conduct inspections and gas safety checks, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and problem-solving approach.
Cover a variety of commercial sites, including Student Accommodation, MOD sites, Offices, and Retail clients.
Planned and Reactive Maintenance to Plumbing and heating systems on site. Requirements:
Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1 or CODNCO1, CIGA1, CORT1, ICPN1, TPCP1A)
Domestic Gas - Desirable
At least 1 year of experience in Commercial Gas & Commercial Plumbing
