Working alongside experienced teaching assistants and wider support teams

What you'll need

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status).
Experience working with children with SEN, ideally within a specialist provision, or a relevant SEN qualification
A positive and nurturing approach to teaching
The ability to differentiate and adapt learning effectively
