How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    • Coordinating executive and departmental communications.
    • Organising meetings, governance forums, leadership events and business activities.
    • Preparing agendas, presentations, reports, briefing packs and meeting documentation.
    • Tracking actions, decisions, risks and dependencies to ensure timely follow-up.

    What we're looking for

    • Experience in a business support, administration or coordination role.
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
    • Experience coordinating meetings, managing actions and handling stakeholder communications.
    • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
    • Ability to work independently and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
    • High levels of professionalism, discretion and attention to detail.
    • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and continuous improvement mindset.
    • A genuine passion for helping people and delivering great service.

We'd especially like to hear from you if you have experience with

    • Employee engagement events or internal communications.
    • Office management, facilities or workplace services.
    • Supporting senior leaders within a complex organisation.
    • Governance, reporting or business planning activities.

This is an opportunity to play a central role in supporting the business and enhancing the employee experience. You'll work with a wide range of stakeholders, contribute to key business activities and help create an efficient, professional and collaborative working environment.
