About the Role
An exciting opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to support project teams across design, procurement, and delivery. Working closely with Project Managers and Coordinators, you'll play a key role in keeping projects organised, maintaining documentation, updating systems, and supporting procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documents, drawings, and technical information
- Maintain project databases and internal systems
- Monitor enquiries and coordinate project communications
- Support procurement by obtaining quotes and placing orders
- Provide general administrative support to project teams
About You
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
- Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn
- Experience in a project, construction, manufacturing environment desirable
- Full UK Driving Licence
