How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Permanent 35 hours per week | Full-time | Global Organisation

Help shape a culture of compliance, governance and ethical excellence

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about governance and compliance?

We're looking for a collaborative and proactive Compliance Coordinator to join our

Governance team, supporting the delivery of CIPS' risk, compliance, governance and data

protection framework across our global organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working across a broad range of

the organisation maintains effective governance and regulatory compliance practices

    About us

The Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply (CIPS) is the world’s leading professional

requirements are effectively managed across the organisation.

Working closely with colleagues throughout the business, you will coordinate compliance

    and compliance practices.

Alongside this, you will support the preparation of governance reports, presentations and

committee materials, administer compliance systems and processes, and provide support and

guidance on compliance-related enquiries. Through building effective relationships across the

organisation, you will help foster a positive culture of accountability, governance and

    continuous improvement.

    What we’re looking for

We're looking for a candidate who can demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to

detail and the ability to build effective stakeholder relationships.

We're particularly interested in candidates who can demonstrate:

    professionalism.

    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and

    accurate documentation.

    • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

    • The ability to build positive working relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at

    all levels.

    • The ability to plan and prioritise work effectively while managing competing demands.

    • A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.

Experience gained in governance, compliance, risk, audit, policy management, administration,

project coordination or similar environments would be beneficial. We also welcome

applications from candidates with transferable skills and experience from other sectors and

    backgrounds.

What you’ll get – an array of benefits, including:

    • 25 days holiday + bank holidays

    • Private medical insurance (BUPA)

    • Pension scheme

    • Life assurance (4x salary)

    • Bonus scheme (non-contractual)

    • On-site restaurant and other great facilities including a gym.

    Why join CIPS?

At CIPS, you'll be part of a globally connected organisation where your work contributes to

maintaining strong governance, ethical standards and professional excellence.

You'll join a supportive and collaborative team, gain exposure to a wide range of compliance

and governance activities, and have opportunities to develop your knowledge and experience

    within a respected international organisation.

We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applications from

candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives.

    Ready to apply?

making a meaningful contribution to a global organisation, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now with your CV and a short covering letter telling us what excites you about the role
