The Role - Learning Mentor / Teaching Assistant
* Support students both in and out of the classroom to help them engage with learning.
* Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have experienced barriers to education.
* Provide 1:1 and small-group support tailored to individual needs.
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
* Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams to support student progress.
We're Looking For
* Previous experience working with children or young people, either in schools, youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, care or support settings.
* A calm, patient and resilient approach.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* A genuine passion for helping young people overcome challenges and succeed.
