You will manage daily Engineering Stores operations, process order requests for spare parts & consumables at the correct times; handle financial reconciliation of stock and orders, and administer the computerised planned maintenance system.

Engineering parts and consumables stores control and stock allocation
The day-to-day management of the Engineering Stores
Conduct daily and end-of-month checks of stock levels
Daily check of PPE and other production-based consumables
Manage stock levels using CMMS
Carry out period stock checks of all spares (cycle counts)
Assist with the planning and organising parts around maintenance shutdown periods.Experience Required for the Engineering Stores Coordinator:
Experience of an Engineering Stores System - stock control, computer based, PPM system
Computer literate including Microsoft Word, Excel
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Self-motivated, able to work unsupervised
