THE ROLE
As a Vehicle Technician, you'll be responsible for carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs and diagnostics to a high standard.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
·Carrying out servicing and routine maintenance
·Completing mechanical repairs to a high standard
·Diagnosing and repairing vehicle faults
·Carrying out electrical and diagnostic work
·Using modern diagnostic equipment and technical information
·Identifying additional repairs and communicating findings where required
·Completing all work efficiently and accurately
·Working to manufacturer and company standards
·Maintaining accurate repair documentation
·Carrying out road tests where required
·Maintaining a clean, safe and professional workshop environment
·Working as part of a busy and supportive technical team
 
ABOUT YOU
We're looking for someone who has:
·NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent automotive qualification
·Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician / Vehicle Mechanic
·Strong mechanical and diagnostic ability
·Good knowledge of modern vehicle systems
·High standards of workmanship
·Good attention to detail
·A full UK driving licence
·The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
·A positive and professional approach to your work
