How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

Take the lead on building integrated campaigns that raise Fusion21's profile, strengthen their brand and help them tell better stories.

You'll be the person who helps shape the message, define the audience, challenge assumptions and build campaigns that deliver real impact.

    Client Details

Fusion21 is a social enterprise and national procurement specialist working with organisations across social housing, education, blue light and the wider public sector.

They help their members deliver projects that improve communities, generate social value and tackle some of the biggest challenges facing the sector.

They're also proud to be a not-for-profit organisation, reinvesting surplus into the Fusion21 Foundation to support initiatives that improve lives and create opportunities.

    Description

This isn't a role for someone who waits for a brief to land in their inbox.

They need someone who's naturally curious. Someone who can walk into a meeting, ask the right questions, uncover the real story and turn it into campaigns that resonate with the audiences that matter.

Because let's be honest, "we need a campaign" isn't a brief.

You'll own campaigns from concept to delivery, bringing together colleagues, agencies and subject matter experts to make great ideas happen.

    That means:

Developing integrated campaigns across digital, content, social, PR, email, events and more
Creating compelling propositions, messaging and campaign plans
Working with stakeholders across the business to uncover stories worth telling
Managing the PR agency to maximise media opportunities
Building awareness, engagement and qualified enquiries
Using data and insight to measure success and improve performance
Helping Fusion21 stay visible and discoverable in an increasingly AI-driven search landscapeProfile

You'll probably be the kind of person who:

Has built B2B campaigns from scratch and seen them through to delivery
Knows how to win hearts and minds across a business
Can get content out of even the busiest subject matter experts
Understands messaging, positioning and audience engagement
Uses insight and analytics to make smart decisions
Balances strategic thinking with a roll-your-sleeves-up approach
Experience within social housing or the wider public sector would be useful, but it's not essential.Job Offer

Salary between £45,000 and £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
    7.9% pension contribution.
Annual performance-related bonus of up to 5%.

Cost of living review and access to a cash medical plan.
