Please note that you’ll need your own transport. This is because there are no suitable public transport links on Sundays.

The Role

As a Customer Service Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers.

Therefore, you’ll play an important role in delivering excellent customer service. Support will be provided by both telephone and email.

A key part of the role is listening to customers and understanding their needs. From there, you’ll provide solutions and resolve enquiries as quickly as possible.

In addition, you’ll work closely with other departments. This helps ensure every customer receives the right support.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries and complaints
• Provide excellent customer service by telephone and email
• Resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally
• Manage complaints and help prevent escalations
• Update internal systems with accurate notes
• Record actions and customer information
• Liaise with different departments across the business
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain high standards of customer care

What We’re Looking For

Previous customer service experience would be an advantage. However, we’re also interested in candidates with transferable customer-facing skills.

Relevant experience may come from Customer Service, Call Centre, Contact Centre, Customer Support, Reception or Administration roles.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A confident and professional telephone manner
• Strong customer service skills
• Good problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook and Teams
• The ability to use your own initiative
• Good organisation and time-management skills
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
• A friendly, positive and motivated personality
