The Role:
Responsible for 1st, 2nd and final fix of all plumbing on domestic properties including showers, baths, toilets and leaks
To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas.
To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
To complete plumbing installations and associated works.
To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.
Essentials:
Full Driving License (company van provided with this role)
Desirable:
NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or City and Guilds
Previous social housing experience
Working Hours:
* Monday - Friday
* 40 Hours Per Week
* 8am - 5:00pm
