The Role

We are recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing business based in the Wirral.

This is a hands-on position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the warehouse, managing the team and ensuring goods move efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee goods-in, goods-out and order fulfilment
Manage, support and develop the warehouse team
Coordinate the unloading of shipping containers
Manage warehouse layout, stock flow and space utilisation
Oversee picking and packing operations
Plan rotas, workloads and shift cover
Maintain stock accuracy and work closely with dispatch
Ensure high standards of health & safety and housekeeping
Support general warehouse duties during busy periods
Experience Required

Previous Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or Manager experience
Strong goods-in, goods-out and stock control experience
Experience within a fast-paced warehouse or fulfilment environment
Confident managing and developing a warehouse team
Experience using WMS and general IT systems
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Hands-on approach to warehouse operations
FLT Bendi/Flexi licence would be advantageous
