Are you looking for a hands-on manufacturing role with an early finish every Friday? We're currently recruiting for a Demoulder to join a busy production team in Ilkeston.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing manufacturing business where you'll play a key role in the production process, removing moulded components, carrying out quality inspections, and preparing products for the next stage of manufacture. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy practical, fast-paced work, we'd love to hear from you.

Removing moulded components from production moulds safely and efficiently 🔧
Inspecting products for defects and carrying out quality checks ✅
Preparing components for the next stage of the manufacturing process
Working to production targets while maintaining high standards 📈
Handling products carefully to avoid damage
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment 🦺
Supporting the wider production team as required 🤝🎯 What We're Looking For:
Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or factory experience would be advantageous 🏭
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality 👀
Ability to work efficiently to production targets
A hands-on approach and willingness to learn 💪
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working
