Are you an experienced Packer with an FLT Counterbalance licence? We're currently recruiting for a reliable and hard-working individual to join a busy manufacturing and distribution operation in Ilkeston.

Packing finished products safely and accurately ready for dispatch 📦
Picking and preparing customer orders
Loading, unloading and moving stock using a Counterbalance FLT 🚜
Ensuring products are packed to the required quality standards ✅
Completing basic paperwork and stock records 📝
Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
Supporting warehouse and production operations as required 🤝🎯 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in a packing, warehouse, picking, or production role 📦
Valid FLT Counterbalance licence (accredited or in-house accepted) 🚜
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Good attention to detail and accuracy 👀
Reliable, punctual, and hard-working 💪
