Location: Stanstead Abbotts, Ware
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 08.00am-4.30pm
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Factory Operative to join our client's successful manufacturing team in Stanstead Abbotts.
This is a hands-on role working within a busy production environment, with responsibility for the assembly and production of windows and doors.
Duties of a Factory Operative:
Production and assembly of windows and doors
Using hand tools as part of the manufacturing process
Carrying out general production duties
Manual handling of products and materials
Following production processes and quality standards
Using computer systems for basic production-related tasks
Keeping the work area clean, tidy and safe
What we're looking for:
Previous experience within a factory, production or manufacturing environment
Comfortable with hands-on and manual work
Basic computer skills
Previous experience in window or door production would be preferred but is not essential
Reliable, hardworking and keen to learn
A willingness to develop and progress within the business
Ability to work well as part of a team
Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
