* 6am to 2pm
* 2pm to 10pm
Pay Rate:
* Age 21+: £12.71 per hour
* Age 18–20: £10.85 per hour
* Age 16-17: £8.00 per hour
Start Date: Ongoing until December 2026
* Induction required prior to starting
Overview
Join a reputable packaging company in Midsomer Norton as they expand their friendly packing teams! We’re hiring full-time Production Operatives on a long-term temporary contract, with potential opportunities for permanent roles (not guaranteed).

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble and pack products to specification
* Use hand and power tools for efficient production
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Communicate effectively with team members
* Follow all safety protocols and site guidelines
Requirements
* Experience in production or warehouse work is preferred
* Strong attention to detail and quality
* Ability to work independently and in a team
* Good communication and ability to follow instructions
* Flexibility with working hours (shift premiums may apply)
