How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Maintenance & PLC Technician ensures the technical availability and reliability of production and sequencing equipment, contributing to safe operations, product quality, and productivity targets through effective maintenance execution, troubleshooting, PLC programming and automation improvement, and process capability development.

    Key result area 1 – Maintenance Management

    * Execute preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance activities.

    * Manage maintenance activities and data through CMMS.

    * Control and maintain spare parts inventory, obsolescence and availability.

    * Ensure compliance with EHS, quality standards and internal procedures, including regulatory controls.

    * Coordinate and supervise interventions on building facilities and external contractors.

    * Support and supervise production teams during TPM activities.

    Key result area 2 – Equipment Availability

    * Ensure equipment availability and performance in line with plant and group targets.

    * Support equipment suppliers during remote interventions.

    * Diagnose equipment failures and perform troubleshooting, including PLC interventions.

    * Actively contribute to equipment optimization and process improvements in collaboration with Quality.

    * Modify and adjust PLC programs to restore and optimize equipment functionality.

    Key result area 3 – Process Capability

    * Ensure process stability through control of critical parameters.

    * Support Quality on qualification and parametrization of new products (PPAP).

    * Support Quality on root cause analysis on production rejections and process deviations.

    * Define and implement corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence.

    * Develop and improve PLC programs to enhance process capability and line performance.

    The Maintenance Technician reports to the Maintenance Manager (or the Manufacturing Manager when applicable) of the plant
