Pay: From £14.26 per hour, inclusive of holiday pay

Jane Lewis is looking for experienced Support Workers in Longnewton to join our agency team and work across a range of local care services. 

You’ll support people with a range of needs to live as independently as possible and enjoy the routines, relationships and activities that matter to them.

What you’ll be doing: 

Providing person-centred care and support 
Supporting everyday tasks, activities and community access 
Encouraging independence, choice and social engagement 
Providing or prompting personal care when required 
Following support plans and keeping accurate records 
What you’ll need: 

To be aged 18 or over 
At least six months of paid UK care or support experience within the last two years 
The right to work in the UK 
Strong communication and relationship-building skills 
A caring, reliable and professional approach 
Jane Lewis is unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role. 

This is flexible agency work, with shifts offered according to service requirements. Hours are not guaranteed.
