About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning to Key Stage 1 pupils, creating a positive classroom environment where children feel supported, challenged, and inspired to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider life of the school and support school improvement initiatives.
Maintain high expectations for behaviour, achievement, and wellbeing.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Experience teaching within Key Stage 1.
Strong classroom management skills.
A passion for raising standards and supporting pupil achievement.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
