Are you an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher looking for a new temporary opportunity in Wandsworth? Academics are currently recruiting for a passionate Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school on a full-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about helping students develop their mathematical understanding, confidence and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will join a welcoming department and contribute to high-quality teaching and learning across the school.
The Role
Full-time, 5 days per week
Temporary contract
Negotiable daily rate depending on experience
Teach Maths across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons
Monitor student progress and provide appropriate support
Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Maths department
The Ideal Candidate
Qualified Maths Teacher with relevant UK teaching experience
Strong subject knowledge and a passion for Mathematics
Experience teaching at secondary level
Able to deliver engaging and well-structured lessons
Strong classroom management skills
Committed to supporting students of all abilities
Available to work 5 days per week
