The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for developing and growing construction recruitment business across temporary, contract and permanent markets, managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

You'll work with construction contractors, housebuilders, developers, consultancies, civil engineering firms and specialist subcontractors across Yorkshire and throughout the UK, delivering recruitment solutions across sectors including:

* Trades & Labour

* White Collar Construction

* Civil Engineering

* Housing & Residential

* Commercial Build

* M&E

* Infrastructure

* Facilities Management

This is a genuine opportunity to influence the future direction of the division. As the business continues to grow, you'll have the potential to mentor junior recruiters, help shape strategy and ultimately progress into leadership.
