Due to further increases in workload and with plans for further growth in 2026 and into 2027, an opportunity has arisen for an intermediate Architectural Technician to join their team. A criteria of high importance for the Architectural Technician is high proficiency in Revit software. Given the nature of the projects the practice work on, Revit software is a key component to the work they complete. It is therefore essential that any Architectural Technician is fully proficient in the use of Revit.
As an Architectural Technician, you will be joining a dedicated team of Architects, Technologists and Architectural Assistants, along with an Interior Design team. You will be starting out working predominantly in the Retail sector, working with some of the UK's most well known brand names working on new units and refurbs.
The Architectural Technician would need the following skills, qualifications and characteristics to fulfill this position:
A degree in Architectural Technology, or a HNC/HND in a related field.
Approximately 2-5 years of industry experience, ideally in a private practice environment.
Sector experience in related fields, ideally in Retail and Commercial work as a priority.
Solid technical knowledge, along with sound knowledge of UK Building Regs.
Full proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, with Revit knowledge being essential.
The successful Architectural Technician will be offered a competitive salary and benefits package likely to be in the region of £30,000-£38,000 dependant on experience.
