Working Remotely, duties to include:
* Install, configure and commission AV systems including displays, projectors, audio systems, control systems and video conferencing platforms
* Conduct on-site service visits, diagnostics, repairs and preventative maintenance
* Complete structured cabling, terminations and equipment mounting to professional standards
* Support project managers with system testing, documentation and client handover
* Provide clear, customer-focused technical support during installation and service visits
* Ensure all work meets health & safety requirements and manufacturer specifications
As a successful candidate you will have experience as an AV Engineer or AV Technician in a field-based role with a strong understanding of AV signal flow, hardware, control systems and VC technologies, competence with installation, cabling (Cat5/6), troubleshooting and commissioning with the ability to read and interpret technical drawings and installation plans.
Professional communication skills and confidence working independently on client sites is also essential as is a Full UK driving licence.
Experience with Crestron, Extron, AMX, Q-SYS, Poly, Cisco or Microsoft Teams Rooms and industry certifications (CTS, manufacturer training, networking qualifications) would be beneficial.
