How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a Ministry Development Team and help deliver artist engagements, strategic partnerships and Christian events across the UK.

Working closely with the Senior Partnerships Manager, you will provide high-quality administrative, logistical and operational support. You will coordinate UK and international artist visits, tours, workshops, church engagements and partnership events, making sure every detail is carefully planned and delivered.

    Key responsibilities will include:

Coordinating travel, schedules, resources and communications for artist visits, tours and events
Supporting partnerships with churches, Christian networks, festivals and other ministry organisations
Maintaining calendars, project plans, budgets, records and databases
Liaising with artists, agents, event organisers, churches, partners and internal teams
Providing practical support before and during events and engagement activities
Monitoring deadlines, milestones and changing requirements
Helping to improve administrative systems, processes and ways of working

Some travel and attendance at events may be required.

    About You

You will be a proactive and dependable coordinator with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage several priorities at once.

    You will bring:

Experience coordinating events, visits, tours, workshops or partnership activities
Strong administrative and logistical planning skills
    Excellent written and verbal communication
Confidence working with a range of internal and external stakeholders
Experience using Microsoft 365, Teams, Zoom and other digital tools
The ability to remain calm, flexible and solutions-focused when plans change
An understanding of artist, events, partnership or ministry environments
Knowledge of the UK church and Christian ministry landscape

As an active Christian, you will be comfortable integrating your faith into your work and supporting engagement with churches and Christian audiences.

Please note the organisation can only consider applicants who presently have the right to work in the UK and all candidates must be personally committed to the Christian faith and be able to respect, uphold and work within our client’s Christian mission, values, culture and faith statements. This individual will represent and speak on behalf of a Christian charity and as such the Occupational Requirement for an active Christian faith is justified under the Equality Act 2010 Schedule 9, Part 1, clause 3.

    About the Organisation

Join an international children’s charity working with children, their communities, supporters and partners in almost 100 countries. Through long-term development projects, emergency responses and advocacy, the organisation has helped bring lasting change to millions of children over more than 75 years.

As a Christian charity, its work is motivated by faith and a commitment to helping the most vulnerable children overcome poverty and experience fullness of life.

Other roles you may have experience of could include Events Coordinator, Partnerships Coordinator, Artist Liaison Coordinator, Artist Relations Coordinator, Ministry Coordinator, Tour Coordinator, Church Engagement Coordinator, Events and Partnerships Officer or Programme Coordinator.
