How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    An exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join a growing Enterprise Applications team supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme. You'll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimising HR systems while partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions.

    Description

    As a Senior Application Engineer specialising in Oracle Fusion HCM, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and configuring systems to support HR operations across the organisation.

    Key responsibilities include:

    Configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
    Translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
    Managing change requests, releases, and system enhancements.
    Supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
    Producing functional designs, specifications, and supporting documentation.
    Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects.
    Delivering training and knowledge transfer to end users and colleagues.
    Mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.
    Driving process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
    Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and technology partners.

    Profile

    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

    Proven experience configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
    Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
    Experience across HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
    Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
    High attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery.
    Experience working within cross-functional teams.
    Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
    Understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
    The ability to mentor colleagues and support business change initiatives.
