As a Sourcing Analyst, you will play an essential part in supporting procurement activities that keep business operations running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvements in purchasing processes.
This is a 3 month contract position.
What You’ll Bring:
Proficient administrative and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
Solid understanding of purchase order management and supplier engagement.
Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines efficiently.
Strong communication abilities and a relationship-driven approach.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience using ERP systems (SAP preferred).
Analytical mindset to resolve routine procurement and supplier issues pragmatically.
Customer-focused with a proactive attitude toward follow-up and problem-solving.Nice to Have:
Background in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
Experience with supplier performance monitoring and quality issue resolution.
Knowledge of procurement continuous improvement initiatives and HSSE compliance.Preferred Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related field; OR
High School Diploma / GED with relevant procurement or purchasing experience.
Demonstrated experience in purchasing, procurement administration, supply chain, or logistics roles.Additional Requirements:
Adherence to company policies including health, safety, security, environment (HSSE), and procurement governance.
