Pay Rates:
AM Shift: £14.05 per hour
PM Shift: £16.02 per hour
Night Shift: £17.05 per hour

We're looking for Assembly and Production Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company in Belper.
This is a hands-on role working as part of a busy production team, assembling products, carrying out quality checks and helping keep production running smoothly. Previous manufacturing experience is useful, but not essential, as full training will be given.
What you'll be doing:
Assembling components and finished products
Using hand tools and production equipment
Carrying out visual quality checks
Packing finished products ready for dispatch
Working to production targets
Following health and safety procedures
Keeping your work area clean and organised
We're looking for people who:
Have a good eye for detail
Worked with power tools and hand tools
Enjoy practical, hands-on work
Can work well as part of a team
Are reliable and punctual
Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
Can follow instructions and work safely
Experience in any of the following would be an advantage:
Assembly Operative
Production Operative
Manufacturing Operative
Factory Operative
Machine Operator
Warehouse Operative
Production Line Worker
Working Hours
Minimum 38 hours per week
Rotating AM and PM shifts
Night shifts available
Overtime available when required
Additional Information
Due to shift start and finish times, candidates should have a reliable way of travelling to and from site.
