CPCS/NPORS Plant and Vehicle Marshall

Teamforce Labour are currently looking for an experienced Plant & Vehicle Marshall for a long-term position in Georgemas, Scotland, starting 29/09/2026.

Hours: 6:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Duration: Long-term
Rate: Negotiable

Role & Responsibilities:

Safely coordinate and control the movement of plant and vehicles around site.
Guide drivers and plant operators when manoeuvring, reversing and accessing restricted areas.
Ensure designated traffic routes and pedestrian exclusion zones are maintained.
Manage vehicle movements, deliveries and collections across the site.
Communicate clearly with drivers, plant operators and site management.
Ensure vehicles and plant enter and leave the site safely.
Monitor site traffic and identify potential hazards.
Assist with maintaining safe access and egress routes.
Follow site traffic management plans, RAMS and health & safety procedures.
Report any unsafe practices, incidents or hazards to site management.
Assist with general site duties when required.Requirements:

Valid CPCS/NPORS Plant & Vehicle Marshall qualification.
Previous experience working as a Plant & Vehicle Marshall on construction, civils or infrastructure projects.
Good understanding of site traffic management and plant movements.
Strong communication and awareness skills.
Reliable and comfortable working 12-hour shifts.
