The Role As Home Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant running of the home. You will lead by example, maintaining outstanding standards of care while creating a positive environment for residents, families and colleagues.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the residential home
Ensuring compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations, CQC requirements and internal standards
Leading, motivating and supporting a team of care professionals
Developing and reviewing personalised care plans for residents
Managing budgets, staffing and resources effectively
Promoting a positive, inclusive and compassionate culture
Building strong relationships with residents, families and external professionals

The opportunity to lead an established, high-quality residential serviceAbout You To be successful in this Home Manager position, you will have:
A Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care, or equivalent
Previous management experience within a nursing home, residential care home or similar healthcare setting
Strong knowledge of care home compliance, quality assurance and regulatory requirements
Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
A compassionate, resident-focused approach to care
