HR Manager

Location: Manchester

Role:

Take full ownership of the day-to-day HR function 
Provide strong HR leadership and support to the Site Leadership Team and line managers.
Manage all aspects of employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence, performance management and investigations.
Drive improvements in attendance, engagement, performance and retention.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are consistently applied across the site.
Monitor HR KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
Support training, development and succession planning across the site.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HR Manager / Senior HR Advisor / HR Business Partner within a fast-paced environment.
Experience working within manufacturing, FMCG, food production or a similar operational environment.
CIPD qualification
