Are you a qualified Event Steward with an NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification looking for flexible, well-paid event work at one of the UK’s most iconic sporting venues?
We are currently recruiting experienced NVQ Level 2 qualified Event Stewards to join our team supporting events at Twickenham Stadium throughout the season.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work behind the scenes at major sporting fixtures and events, providing a safe, welcoming and professional experience for thousands of visitors.
The Role
As an Event Steward at Twickenham Stadium, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the safe and efficient operation of stadium events
* Assisting spectators with directions, queries and general enquiries
* Monitoring crowd movement and maintaining a safe environment
* Supporting emergency procedures when required
* Providing excellent customer service and representing the venue professionally
* Working as part of a large, experienced event operations team
Essential Requirement – NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety Qualification. Must have evidence in the form of certificate
Due to venue requirements, only staff who hold the required qualification will be eligible to work stewarding shifts at Twickenham Stadium.
Applicants without this qualification will unfortunately not be considered for these positions.

* About You
We are looking for individuals who:
* Hold a current NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualification
* Have previous experience working as an Event Steward, Safety Steward or Crowd Safety Steward
* Are reliable, professional and customer-focused
* Can work confidently in a busy stadium environment
* Have good communication skills and a positive attitude
* Are available for weekend and event-day shifts
* Primarily weekends and event days
* sporadic shift patten with a mixture of busy and quiet periods
* Seasonal work based around the Twickenham Stadium fixture calendar
* Shift lengths vary depending on event requirements
