Asbestos Surveyor / Dual Role Asbestos Surveyor Analyst

Salary: £28,207 - £40,535 depending on qualifications and experience

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
The Role
We are recruiting on behalf of an established property and surveying services company for an experienced Asbestos Surveyor or Dual Role Asbestos Surveyor Analyst to join their team in Wigan.
The role will involve delivering asbestos surveying and analytical services across commercial and housing sectors, working as part of a wider field-based team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct UKAS-accredited Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, along with analytical work where applicable
Keep up to date with asbestos and health & safety legislation, UKAS standards and industry best practice
Work flexibly across offices and client sites as required
Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and sector awareness
Comply with quality management, assurance and audit processes
Ensure work is delivered on time and in line with legal requirements
Work towards personal billing and productivity targets
Take part in ongoing training and development
About You
P402 qualification is required for the Asbestos Surveyor role
P402, P403 and P404 required for the Dual Role Asbestos Surveyor Analyst
Experience conducting UKAS-accredited asbestos surveys to a high standard
Full UK Driving Licence and driving experience
Able to work at height and in confined spaces – training is provided
Willing to undergo a DBS check
Desirable
Construction or surveying HND or degree
Scientific/Maths A-levels or Science HND
P401, S301 or W504 qualifications
