We're recruiting Manufacturing Production Assemblers to join a successful and long standing manufacturing company in Southend-on-Sea. If you have experience in manufacturing or assembly—or you're someone with excellent dexterity, a steady hand, and a willingness to learn—this could be an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a supportive team.

What you'll be doing
Working in one of several manufacturing departments, you'll be assembling small, intricate components and wiring to produce high-quality products. Your day-to-day duties may include:
* Precision assembly of small components
* Working with delicate wires and intricate parts
* Soldering (training provided where required)
* Following detailed assembly instructions
* Carrying out quality checks to ensure high standards
What we're looking for
You'll be someone who enjoys detailed, hands-on work and takes pride in producing high-quality results.
Ideally you'll have:
* Previous experience within a manufacturing, production or assembly environment
* Experience assembling small components or soldering (beneficial but not essential)
* Excellent manual dexterity with nimble fingers and a steady hand
* Good eyesight and strong attention to detail
* A reliable and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
Full training is provided for enthusiastic candidates with the right aptitude.
Working hours
* Monday to Friday
* 8:00am – 4:45pm
* Full-time hours only (part-time hours are not available)
Due to the company's location on an industrial estate, candidates living locally to Southend-on-Sea are preferred.
