Academics are looking for a proactive and resilient Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEMH school in Runcorn, supporting students who require additional support positively approach education and learning.

About the Role:
As a Challenging Behaviour Teaching Assistant, you will:
Providing support with students in the classroom.
Building trusting and positive relationships with students.
Recognising when students need additional support and responding appropriately.
Encouraging independence and a positive approach to learning.
Prioritising the safeguarding and wellbeing of students.
About You:
Passionate about working with children and young people.
Experienced in working in a classroom environment.
Proactive and dedicated to supporting students and their learning.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a wider team.
Knowledge of mental health challenges in children, ASD and ADHD.
