How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Panoramic Associates is working with a school seeking a high-level Executive Assistant / Executive PA to provide immediate additional capacity across the executive team. This is a fast-paced role supporting coordinating executive activity, and ensuring high-quality document and resource production for meetings and wider distribution.

You’ll provide hands-on executive support and take ownership of varied workflow, including:

Coordinating meetings, events and executive activity
Preparing agendas, PowerPoints, document packs and meeting materials
Formatting and packaging educational content/resources to a professional standard
Preparing files correctly for suppliers/printers and supporting printed/digital production
Coordinating ordering and delivery of custom exercise books and other resources, ensuring deadlines are met
    Experience:

We’re looking for someone who is highly organised, detail-driven, and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant / Executive PA / senior administrator supporting senior leaders

Strong experience organising meetings, events, agendas and executive-level documentation

A strong digital and practical creative skillset with excellent document presentation standards

Experience using Adobe Creative Cloud, ideally InDesign

Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, document preparation)

The ability to take content from colleagues and format/package it correctly for meetings, suppliers, printers, or distribution

Confidence managing competing priorities and working to deadlines

Education-sector experience is helpful but not essential.

If you’re an experienced EA/PA who enjoys combining executive support with high-quality document production (including InDesign), we’d love to hear from you. Please send your CV and a brief summary of your relevant Adobe/InDesign and document-pack experience. Due to the school setting, the successful candidate will require an Enhanced DBS check as well as other safer recruitment checks
