The Ideal Candidate
Experience working with children or young people, ideally within an educational setting
Experience supporting students with SEN is desirable
Patient, empathetic and supportive
Strong communication and behaviour management skills
Reliable and committed to making a positive difference
The Role
Full-time, long-term position
Supporting students across the secondary age range
Working closely with teachers and the SEN team
Supporting students with a variety of additional needs
Potential for a permanent position for the right candidate
