Hours: Full Time
Shifts: 05:45-13:45 & 13:45-21:45 (rotated weekly)
Duties
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance.
* Complete general building repairs and maintenance tasks.
* Respond to maintenance requests and reported faults.
* Assist with the upkeep of campus buildings and grounds.
* Support the Estates team in maintaining a safe environment.
* Work closely with staff, students, contractors and visitors.
* Follow Health & Safety procedures at all times.
Requirements
* Experience in maintenance, facilities, construction or a trade-based role.
* Experience maintaining buildings and carrying out repairs.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Full UK driving licence.
* Able to carry out the physical demands of the role.
* Positive, flexible and proactive approach.
* Strong customer service skills.
* Enhanced DBS check essential.
Desirable
* Experience working within an education environment.
* Relevant trade qualification
Salary description
£17.00 - £19.00 per hour
