The Role
Deliver HVAC, ventilation, public health and above-ground drainage design across a varied sector mix
Work independently on design while managing client and site relationships directly
Take on Stage 2 and 3 design work as standard, with Stage 4 experience valued
Support and mentor junior members of the mechanical team as it continues to grow
Occasional site surveys (roughly monthly), otherwise fully remote
About You
Solid, broad-based mechanical design experience across HVAC, ventilation, public health and drainage
Comfortable managing your own workload and client relationships with minimal oversight
Some experience supporting or training junior engineers
Revit skills are a bonus, but not essential
