Your role as an Administrator:
Working as part of a team you will be carrying out a varied admin role. Duties will include:
Providing general admin support
Answering phone calls and responding to emails
Processing sales orders and enquires via phone and email
Organising and scheduling outgoing logistics / deliveries
Maintaining office filing systems
Greeting visitors and assisting visitors to the site
General housekeeping of meeting rooms, offices and showroom
Processing incoming and outgoing mail and email

Previous experience in a similar administration or possibly sales admin or sales support role
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Flexible, positive and upbeat team player
