A Michelin starred restaurant in Fife, known for modern Scottish cuisine built on classical technique, is looking for a Chef de Partie to join their long standing and settled team. This is a rare opportunity to join one of Scotland's elite kitchens.
Staff turnover here is low. Progression is a genuine part of this kitchen — people who stay and perform move up, including into senior roles running the kitchen in the chef's absence.
We need someone with à la carte experience at a high level who can run a section to a consistent, meticulous standard. Flexible, organised, a team player, and still keen to learn.

Pay: £29,500-£33,000 per year, full-time
