Your role is likely to include:
Turning strategy into clear priorities, plans and measurable actions
Leading and developing Accountants into leaders
Strengthening financial performance
Improving systems, processes and ways of working
Supporting recruitment, progression and succession planning
Using management information and KPIs to inform decisions
Identifying risks, blockers and opportunities
