The role involves providing legal support for contract drafting, review, and negotiation across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while facilitating business transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Advise on legal risks and compliance issues in transactional matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align legal strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure contracts meet regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Provide clear and concise legal guidance to stakeholders on transactional matters.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Licensed attorney in good standing with relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Experience in commercial contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of corporate and transactional law principles.
• Ability to assess legal risks and propose practical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning skills.
